Last week I received an email about a premium increase. I called in to know why there is such a huge amount in increase cause I have never had a claim with budget insurance. I spoke to Denelle Anthony and she was so helpfull and friendly in assisting me. She even told me that I don't need to hold on the call and that she will call me back. And within a few minutes she gave me a call and reduced my premiums to an affordable rate. I'm glad I did not switch to another insurance. Denelle Anthony was super impressive and very professional and was very helpful.
