Last straw - 23% increase - how do you justify that?
<p>2 years in a row they come like ******* in the night wanting to ***** from me. Last year over 20% increase and this year 23%. Sadly for them I won't be affording them the opportunity to do it again as I will move all my bussiness first thing in the morning. How do they justify these kind of increases? Absolute ****************</p>
