Last month I got a surprise 25percent increase on my insurance premium. Which took my premium from R1500 to nearly R2000 per month. I called their call center and was reconnected to an agent called Nkosi Nxumalo, he is their customer retention agent. He informed me that annually I qualify for a discount on my policy, and I had this policy for a long time and no one told me about the annual review part! He eventually managed to revert my policy to the previous premium, which I accepted! I was ready to go and look for a better offer somewhere else, but their will to accommodate me made me decide to stay with them. This was the best #BlackFriday deal one could have asked for.
