LAROCHELLE MCKIRBY INCORRECT DEBIT ORDER NEVER AUT

Larochelle Mckirby ID *** had incorrect debit orders from Budget car insurance and the Telesure group to the amount of R897.28 for 4 consecutive months & and the debit order was cancelled eventually but the 4 months of unauthorized debit orders were never refunded despite numerous relevant repetitive requests.
