Lack of Communication

Hi, I would just like to get answers regarding my claim. An idiot bumped into my car and budget was really good at arranging for it to get repaired however I had to pay R13300 which was supposed to be paid by the idiot that knocked my car. Budget advised they are handling it and will inform me accordingly. Till date I have not received any call from anyone at budget all that's happened is me contacting them and hearing the same story over and over. It's alot of money that I had to be inconvenienced for. Can Budget please be more efficient in providing feedback even if it's with hopeless news. I have also asked for all of the details so I can take this to court and get that started so sheriffs can provide this guy with a demand letter. Budget should pay me back and rather deal with their debtor as I have always kept my payments for my insurance and it seems they have forgotten my claim just because I have changed my insurance. I paid alot of money for everything which was not even my fault. All I want is my money back and some sort of communication!
