Lack of communication
Bad service received frm budget insurance. I need roadside assistance but my call was not answered. Managed to tow away my car 2 a safe location, until I could get hold of insurance on Monday. Put in my claim on 1st week of July, till to date my claim is not finalized. I called them weekly, en I get different stories, I wonder what they are cooking 2 avoid paying my claim. I have need put in a claim b4 and I am not sure what to expect, but this is just a nightmare
