Lack of Communcation
No communication whatsoever!!!!!!
My car has been in Telsure yard for 1 week now. My claim was approved on Monday 15 Jan 2024, The panel shop was informed on 16 Jan 2024. It's now 18th Jan 2024 at 17h and no progress. The panel shop advised the assessor has not uploaded documents onto a system called Freeway as well no other info of the vehicle was provided to them. They tried calling Budget Insurance to gather more info but no answer and no response to emails. I need this matter resolved now. I need my car moved to the panel shop ASAP.
This is terrible service
