Lack Of Assistant

I had a car issue where I needed towing assistant from Budget Insurance and i was stuck in the middle of nowhere. I called them to assist and i get to be told that they cannot help me and i should pay tow truck myself, and i was paying comprehensive premiums religiously every month, until I realized that I was paying too much and that they were ripping me off until they they reduced my premium to Budget Lite 2 which includes TOWING. Because i was desperate, i had to pay the tow truck myself while have insurance. I am not a happy customer.
