Justify non-payment of claim / technical issues

Budget Insurance, tell me what sells your product, your adds in the numerous media platforms or clients who can actually vouch for your integrity or the lack thereof???? Well I can categorically say that after our recent interaction I will for my live not recommend you even to my worst enemy! ******* gained access into my sons car and stole his GPS (mounted on the winscreen where it actually surfs a purpose, Camera (out of the enclosed glove compartment), wallet etc. Now for the technical refusal to pay out the mentioned, as it was not placed in the Ford Figo's boot compartment! Does your employees know how todays vehicles look? There's still vehivles in the market who's boot compartment is seperated with a steel frame and the seats needs to be removed by engineering means, but as per this specific vehicles design the boot may be accessed by simply lifting the interior lid! What makes this more secure versus the glove compartment? Claims are not honoured because of technical interpretation and for failing to understand your logic. your willingness to debit bank accounts but when it comes to delivering service your absolute reluctantas to honour your part of the MUTUAL CONTRACT!!!
