Jerry - No Finance.
Jerry, the adviser I spoke to, was extremely rude and arrogant. When I declined shortfall cover, he told me that I “owe the bank” and that his own car is paid off, so I should listen to him and take the cover he’s selling. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.
I understand my financial situation perfectly well there’s no need to be spoken down to or pressured into products. Because of this poor service, I’ve now had to contact cancellations for the second time in two months.
This kind of attitude is unacceptable. Terrible service.
