I’ve taken out a new insurance policy with budget insurance and its been such a nightmare to try and get a policy schedule sent to my email. I’ve spoken to 3 different people and requested call backs from them but yet nobody called or even tried too assist me. Luckily Kreveshan came to the rescue and assisted me promptly with regards to my query. He made such that my things were sent via email before ending the call which made this so much easier for me.
