I’ve not had a great experience with Budget. Taking double payments, reducing my insurance to 3rd party on a Saturday after I provided proof of Tracking device fitmet. It’s really been stressful. But I want to give a shoutout to Snethemba Khubi. She was a super star in calming me down and assisting me with resolving the issue immediately As for Budget’s systems and processes it needs some improvement.
