I’ve been with budget more than ten years, paying my monthly premium for my two cars without fail. When I claimed, they treated myself and my 70 year old mother like *********. I am so disappointed ☹️, my mother has post traumatic stress disorder and budget insurance made my mother worse with lot of questions asking the same question all over again😭. In future, old people should be treated differently, I’m really not impressed.
