Its hard to rate ser...
Its hard to rate service providers off of the call centre experience alone as I'm awaiting the assessor to arrive and claims blah blah blah... But on the call centre front of things i spoke to Natalie Oodit , she was very patient and thorough, i rated her 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 because the line volume was poor . Thank you Natalie for your assistance.
