It's all about paying premiums

I was bumped by a taxi driver on 13/04/22. I immediately registered a claim with my insurance (budget). I only got updates on 19/04/22 of which when I was asking for clarity or questions I was told that "I'm screaming and I should have read their terms and conditions " . When I requested a courtesy car(which I qualify for) they said it's a waste since the days might expire while my car isn't finished.

On 21/04/22 I received a call updating me about as*****t results, I requested to use a Panelbeater of my choice since I couldn't afford their excess. To my surprise, they don't do cash payouts, I can only go to the Panelbeater they choose for me and believe me there are better and cheaper Panelbeater around
