It's a third party claim which they are sending me from pillar to pole

It's a third party claim which they are sending me from pillar to pole.From R160 000,00 they are offering me R32 000.My car was new the damages from the dealer are over R62000.They are saying I was partly wrong as it was a crossing. When I prove that it was not a crossing now they want a video footage or a standby witness which I don't have.
