It was terrific to have everything resolved so efficiently, although it could have been better if they had allowed spousal benefits to be extended to partners living together longer than a year to benefit the same rather than changing the regular driver as well as increasing the excess to be paid. This was just a minor problem as my problem was resolved efficiently but the reason for the 1 star deducted is for the sale attempt especially when prices are increased based on content but it is not clarified at the start.
