It was a good experience. They reassured me, communicated every step. Informed me why certain information was needed as well as how long the process would be. I can't remember the name of the lady who assisted me with my claim. But she was patient. My queries were addressed with concise and direct information. Leticia probably heard my frustration and offered to review my insurance and completed the process all over the phone. I was informed about who will followup with me and when the follow up would be. Very happy as a first time claimer.
