Issues with Claiming for a Tyre

I had a very bad experience when claiming for my tyre at Budget Insurance. I had been paying additional money every month for tyre cover for almost a year. I drove into a nail on my way from work one Friday afternoon, which caused a puncture in on my wheel. I contacted Budget Insurance to put in a claim, and I sent through the pictures of my wheel and the area of the damage and also the quotation from Tyger Wheels and Tyre; the wheel was also assessed by Tyger Wheels and Tyre. I phoned Budget Insurance to follow up, the said they cannot see damage on my wheel. Mind you, I resent all the pictures again, with a zoomed-in version in which a silver nail can clearly be seen on the wheel. After I sent the images and quotation thrice I heard absolutely nothing back. This leaves with no choice to cancel my Tyre Cover and purchase a brand new wheel from my own pocket. Very Disappointing.
