irresponsible, no communication, They just don't

My car was in for repairs in umtata on the 3 of April 2015, well the consultant suggested that my car would be ready in two to three weeks time, I had to take back the courtesy vehicle on the 24th(which was also a struggle) last week when I called to check when i could get my car back, they told me my car was on its way to Grahamstown and no one informed me of such, my car was not fixed, still not fixed, they gave me a courtesy car which they expect back on Saturday, now in my understanding, my car should be back with me but it's not yet they expect their car back but I am inconvenienced by their lack of communication. I Need a car it's their problem that they ddnt inform me about the car that was moved to GHT without my knowledge when I thought it was being fixed in Umtata and it should have been with me last week already.
