Invasion of privacy & underhanded marketing

I received an SMS from budget stating that they have picked up a traffic fine in my name and offered their assistance. I am not and have never been a budget client, I have not subscribed to SMS marketing from them and do not appreciate the invasion of my privacy.<br> <br> I would like to know how you got my details, why you think it's okay to stalk people who are not your clients and why you thought this was a smart marketing tactic.... And I would like to be removed with IMMEDIATE EFFECT from all your systems.
