Insuring on a ...Budget

<p>On my way to work i was involved in a car accident for a lot people it is the worst day of your life, narrowly escaping death. </p> <p> </p> <p>My insurance company to whom I pay an arm and a leg to has been anything but helpful. They didn't even call me to take my statement and open a claim. I've called them over 10 times and I am transferred from one person to the next. They haven't even told me where my car was towed to. It was the worst day of my life and I might as well have been flushing my money down the toilet all these months... Budget insurance is NOT the way to go when insuring your valuables is my opinion you will get no support at all and will have to keep following up with *********** staff which doesn't help. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed with Budget Insurance, I will definitely leave them and use a more supportive insurance company even if it is more expensive. Because on the worst day of your life you need support and guidance from your insurer.</p>
