Insurance that never keep their promises.

Budget insurance sent me email stating the increase of my premium immediately I sent the an email requesting to be requoted for better premium as its too much for me, from R488.85 to R619.97 never received a reply only after I got a better premium with another insurance that's when they called me, 2weeks later to hear me out, since the guy said he'll call me back never till today.

Since I never received another call whereas I've been sending email with no reply and I received read receipt and delivered receipt I even add the 'Gerald Moodley' on the emails I've sent whom I sign the insurance with, I don't if he's not working there anymore or what's going on I never received any communication from him ever since then on the 21st 07 2021 I decided to call them then I managed to talk to a lady Ntombi, I asked her to cancel my insurance then she agreed even though she tried to get me a better quote though she couldn't bit my current insurance. Eventually she cancelled my insurance the stated that I'll get my refund within 7 - 10 working days. Today is the 12th day no email no one is taking my call from the call center to follow up.

With this kind of service thanks I cancelled my insurance with them.
