Insurance service review

My experience with Budget Insurance has been nothing short of disappointing. I hold Budget directly accountable for assigning me to an unprofessional and unreliable panel beater, which resulted in weeks of frustration, poor workmanship, and complete lack of communication.

At no point was I kept in the loop about the status of my car. I had to initiate every follow-up myself, only to be met with excuses and unfulfilled promises. Budget Insurance failed to monitor or manage the service provider they recommended, and that negligence directly affected me as the client.

What’s more, I felt consistently dismissed and undermined throughout the process—both by the panel beater and during interactions with the insurer. As a woman, I was not taken seriously, and my concerns were brushed off repeatedly. That kind of treatment is unacceptable in any industry, let alone one built on trust and protection.

I trusted Budget to act in my best interest, but they failed on every front—from provider selection to follow-through. I would strongly reconsider using their services again.
