I never believed in insurance companies but one of my friends who have been with you for longest of time, convinced me to join you guys because of the good service you have been providing to him.

I then joined you guys for a car warranty of my BMW 325 m sport 2007model

I receive a contract on the day I joined you and the contact says if I experience a problem with my car, I need to take it to a registered dealer. I took my car to a dealer which is RMI registered.

The dealer contacted the claims department for a quote and the said they can't work with them because they are not registered under their panel and now these guys are charging me for diagnosis of my car. No one advise me to take my car to dealers who are registered under your panel.

Now its all on me!!!!!

This is why I didn't trust the insurance companies. This is quite an experience.

The money I was trying to save is the one I will spend now.
