Insurance Run Around

I was involved in a hit and run car collision on 28/02/2015<br> I was hit from behind whilst stationary at a red light.<br> I contacted the police at the scene of the collision and reported the incident at the earliest possible opportunity on the 2/03/2015 during the normal opening hours on that Monday.<br> My car was assessed for damage costs on the same Monday 2/03/2015 when my claim was lodged and was promised speedily claim assessment by the insurance consultant.<br> On 09/03/2015 I contacted the insurance company to enquire into my claim assessment and was promised an out of that process within 7 days of the date the claim was lodged.<br> On 11/03/2015 the insurance company called to to say they they would definitely have a outcome of the claims assessment by 13/03/2015.<br> On the afternoon of 13/03/2015 I called the insurance company and spoke to my assigned claim consultant and was given more promises whilst my vehicle has still yet to be fixed!!!<br> It is now 10days since the claim was lodged and still the service I was paying for and promised has not been delivered.<br> I shall soon contact the insurance ombudsman if my claim is not resolved.<br> Terrible terrible service!!!
