Insurance refuses to give me original parts and insists on generics

I have had the most horrible experience with Budget Insurance; they refused to put original glasses on my vehicle, you call and hold for more than 30mins to get to their claims department, their managers are not available to take calls, I am in the process of canceling my insurance to find a suitable one that will replace your windscreens and glasses with originals instead of generics, the original part is R1900 and my excess if R1500, they only want to pay R400 whilst I have not missed any premium. I would never recommend them to anyone.
