Insurance refuse to fix my car which was stacked on the way from panelbeater due to over heating

After accident they took my car to panel beater and collected the car the car did not reach home and the assessor refer it to Chevrolet for assessment and the assessment says report says overheating was cause by upper Radiator pipes are rubbed off or removed. Below see what i have experience and email sent to insurance but no response ;

Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to you to tell you that i am not happy about the service that i got from you.

Firstly it took almost 3 weekss for service provider to fix my car,I have to call them everyday to follow-up until last week Wednesday they confirmed the car is ready for collection.I called budget and they promised they deliver the car on Friday but they did not even when i explained to them about my business trips this week no one was willing to understand i was told they they can only help on Monday.

Because of the business trip that i have i made the arrangement with your assessor Mr Prinsloo he helped us with the panel beaters and the car was collected on Saturday unfortunately the car did not go for more than 100 KM and it got stacked along the way.

I called Mr Prinsloo and he advised that i must cal budget for towing and he will call Trident and they must fix the car. From Monday i didn't hear anything from my insurance, i called you and you told me the car with assessor who is now telling me that he is waiting for agent report. THis morning i called him he told me that he is at Trident now to sort out the issue.

I am really disappointed because after accident it took you only 1 working day to tell me that the car assessed and it will fixed and now it takes your assessor 3 days to sort the issue of my car.

There may you please send me the 1st assessment after accident and confirmation of what Trident has done and final assessment report after the car was fixed so that i can go and seek for legal assistance as i am getting any help from you and i am struggling and i have paid R12 600.00 access for nothing. Cannot stress that you are causing me anymore as im still going for trauma counselling and you are adding as well.

I want my car fixed and delivered by Saturday.

Thanking you in advance.
