Insurance premiums went up without my knowledge

I’m extending livid with Budget insurance for debiting an amount that was never communicated with me, my cover went up with a whole R276 and my excess went up with a R1000. I am so aggravated because I was never made aware of such changes and I didn’t even receive formal communication!!! I am cancelling this insurance!!!!
