INSURANCE PREMIUMS AND EXCESS SHOOT SKY HIGH

It is with great disappointment that I even have to write this review. However, Budget Insurance has left me no choice. This morning I come to see an email about the increase in insurance premuims. And I am not talking about a minimum amount it is a substantial amount. I have been with this company for a long time and for them to increase my premium like this is totally unfair. I have not even had a claim with them this is ridiculous they have no loyalty even during this time of a pandemic they have no regard for loyal customers. For someone that hasn't even claimed they should have done due diligence when doing increases. I am so angry that no after spending so many years with this insurance company I must now look for someone else that can be loyal and treat their customers better and take care of them. OH AND BY THE WAY WHILE THEY INCREASED MY PREMUIM THEY INCREASE MY EXCESS I AM APPLAUD AND DISGUSTED
