Insurance Premium - Refund
<p>I cancelled my budget insurance policy and the June premium was deducted??? Why?... Please reverse/refund my R823 asap!!! </p> <p> </p> <p>Its been almost a week now and no refund has been processed! </p> <p> </p> <p>Pay back the money!!! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

Kindly be advised that we have looked into the matter. According to the information at our disposal; your deduction date is the 26th of every month to cover you for the month ahead. Since you only requested the policy to be cancelled on the 1st; we had already requested for the premium to go through. On average it takes 5 - 7 working days before we receive confirmation on our side that the premium was successfully received. Thus the reason we had to wait a while before we effected the refund.
We wish to confirm that the premium has now been refunded and the monies will be available in your account within 5 - 7 working days.
