Insurance ****mers

Good day

My name is Mr. Sipho Sibeko my policy number is *** and I'm writing this as a very disappointed client of the so called biggest insurance in the country, the so called Budget insurance.

I just experienced that they are not so big instead they are the biggest ****mers when they have to pay a claim.

I have been with them since 2017, never missed payment or payed my premium late, never made a single claim on my policy until my car was involved in an accident. Now that I have made a claim for the very first time in year 6, the so called biggest insurance (Budget the ****mer) is coming up with excuses and have declined my claim.

If they cannot come to the party and assist with the claim, they should just me payback all my installments and I will fix my car on my own. This is as if I never had an insurance and I was just paying them for nothing. They were never of any help. My monthly premium of R950 x 6 years should be paid back to me.
