Insurance is disappointing

Budget Insurance I am very disappointed in the insurance I paid for comprehensive which i changed later in the month of March 2025 for my first vehicle I have not received the refund of the comprehensive amount after requesting twice. I got into a accident on the 27th of March 2025 and I did not get my comprehensive cover from budget insurance to repair my car. A towing of my vehicle was authorized which does not make sense as if it is only third party my vehicle would not have been authorized to tow it. Now I am sitting with a vehicle that is not fixed. I am very disappointed in this insurance.
