INSURANCE FOR A CAR THAT DOES NOT EXIST

The professionalism of Budget Insurance is so immaculate that they have processed a policy for a vehicle that I do not own. To my surprise, I see a debit order going off my account for car insurance for a vehicle that I do not own. I have contacted the manager, who was far too calm, and he assured me that he is sorry and will investigate into the matter to find out how this occurred. This is clearly a situation that happens frequently enough in order for him to respond in this calm manner. Once relayed to him that there has been no communication from Budget Insurance whatsoever to follow-up on the \policy"to ensure that the car in question will still be purchased by me"
