Insurance debited money from my account for 13 years after cancelling my policy

<p>Budget insurance have been taking money from my account for 13 years after I cancelled my insurance in 2004.</p> <p>They claim I never cancelled my Value Added Service, when I canceled my policy when I sold my car, even though the Value Added Service was for that specific car. </p> <p> </p> <p>Why would I want to retain the Value Added Service when I sold the car? When I phoned, I cancelled my insurance, irrespective how they want to structure the policy internally.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want my money bac****!
