Insurance claim on Policy - Brent Udeman

I recently had quite a hectic and expensive car accident and was really worried about claiming from insurance, especially given all the horror stories I've heard. To my surprise and relief, not only did Budget payout the claim quickly and professionally but my claims consultant really impressed me with his professionalism and efficiency. I got weekly updates on time on the claim and at NO TIME did he make me feel like just another number or that my claim was a drag. I really appreciated being treated with respect and kindness again, not all service departments still treat their customers like human beings. Overall the process was painless and really smooth and I have a great deal of gratitude to Mr Udeman for making a traumatic and stressful experience a great deal easier.
