Insurance claim
Good day ,
Please advise what’s your TAT around portable possession claims ? Claim logged 3 days I go , upon claim reg one is promised to get a call /feedback from claims handler within 24hrs? Which is not true . I have not received any call or any form of communication from the claims handler . I have submitted all documentation, zero acknowledgment.
