Insurance claim
Budget insurance is the worst insurance ever, they are brilliant when taking out the insurance but pathetic when it comes to a claim. I have never experienced such shocking disgusting service with no feedback unless I phone and start complaining. On the 20th December my wife lost two rings on the 21at December I contacted budget insurance to confirm insurance and put in a claim. Till notw this has not been resovled from staff who did not know how to open a link relating to the claim to no feedback and contious postponement of feedback till now no proper feedback and when I call the call centre for the claims department get told the manager is on the phone and no one calls back this is pathetic service and I am so sorry i changed to budget insurance
