<p>I hate calling these call centres. First you must get thru the multiple choice extensions. Then the music and finally you get a person on the other side that says, "yello" and continues to address you with a acent so that I cannot understand a word. Yesterday I PLEADED to be transferred to a supervisor. I got in contact with Caramelise. Excuse the spelling Well, this is a professional. All I can say is thanks... I wish others in your profession could take some tips from you. I hope your boss reads this because this is the very first time I have complemented anyone on Hello Peter, let alone a Insurance Call Centre personnel..
