Insurance Broker are problems

Hallo my name is phillizar MNISI I'm very much disappointed with the broker on budget insurance, I have a policy with budget car insurance every time when I tried to cancel the policy, the didn't not cancel it they keep on deducting my money , when I reverse it they still keep on doing that , I then phone budget they transfer me to the broker , when I spoke to them they said they will cancel it , as they claim they did not receive my phone calls, I ask them to refund my R 1566-00 they refused, now I'm in debts of an overdraft of the same amount, those broker a tarnish the budget insurance name really , as policy number ***p***, pls help guys , I don't know what to do now , I need them to return the money from the account that they have debited coz I cannot live with a R 1566-00 of an overdraft no way, I don't know the broker but pls return my money ,
