Hi All my name is Langelihle Ngcobo claim number ***have insurance with budget and i did a claim with them three weeks ago and i am a Sales rep so at the moment i cant work as the car is waiting for them to approve the claim and i am getting the run around, the person i was dealing with is Mankwe Dooka and we have given them all they need but still nothing. yesterday i gave Mankwe three calls and she never came back to me. what service is this? if they cant help they need to tell me so i can get help elsewhere.
