Insurance

Since I made a claim of the 12th of January...son was hijacked brutally then they rejected the claim on the basis that my son was driving the car ...8 years with them i have never claimed ..everything that was required of me by the insurance i followed but they felt that I should not be paid ...they r Still deducting from salary but i have no car ..the assessor was very cold towards out experience .
