Insufffiecient information

I called in to budget this morning to put in a claim, everything went well then the call centre agent advised that I will need to take my car in for accessing. He furthermore mentioned that he will sms me the details on the place where I need take in my vehicle for accessing. I just received an sms saying "Hughes Boksburg" . Really now, what is Hughes Boksburg? Isn't there a way where I could be provided with additional information, at least full address, I've been on Google for the past 30 minutes trying to locate Hughes Boksburg, with no luck. In cases like these can we get provided with full information not just a name, because that not of any great assistance.
