Information security - bank details

I had a policy with this company(***1). I cancelled it because when I had an accident they managed to find any loop hole to avoid fixing my car. Little did I know, they had given company bank details they were debiting from to some company call ''Telesure''. I never had of this company as far as insurance goes. When policy was effectively cancelled, the bank details were handed over to 3rd party to still pull money out of the bank account. This has been going on for 2 years. When I finally picked it up in August this year I asked the bank to give contact details for this imposter. I asked the lady to stop. I was not sure the run away debit order stopped only to resurface this month. I called telesure this morning, lady at switchboard referred me to policy services, Bilal took the call. After pouring my frustration out he told me he cannot help. He put the call through to another lady who told me the systems are down, she also can't help me. Budget where did I agree that you can cede the company details to a 3rd party? When I cancelled the policy why didn't you inform your collection agent to also stop? I just called the bank to report *****. I have no dealings with telesure.

Hello Mnyandu Siboniso,

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.

Kindly be advised that Telesure Group Services is the administering body for Budget Insurance. The policy that you are referring to is a value added policy that does not form part of your main policy, but rather a policy on its own. We do however understand your predicament and have therefore requested that you are contacted by the Value added department to discuss your concerns.
Regards,
The Budget Insurance Team.
