Ineffective Virtual Assistance!
This virtual assistant thing you guys have is not working. I have been trying to get assistance via phone call from Budget for a week now- I get stuck on the robot. If I get through, I get the wrong department and I have to be placed on hold during transfer to another department. Unacceptable really. 25 whole minutes on hold?!
