Increased premiums

My premiums were increased this month and when I called-in asking for a reduction was told that Budget cannot reduce these premiums I subsequently called King Price and they are offering me less premiums, so before I decide to cancel my policy I want to know if Budgets is now willing to drop my premiums so that I can afford and therefore have no reason to change insurance companies[cancel my current policy].
