increase in Premiums without notifications

My Premiums where increased without notification. Phoned budget and was put through to a specialist and was cut off. According to the consultant notification was emailed. No email was recieved on the 29 August 2015 to my email account from budget insurance. If no solution is found to this issue i will be forced to move my insurance.
