incorrect premium deduction

Budget is really a ****mer of note , whn I took my policy the premium was R615 , to my suprise the following month it went up to R752 , I queried this with budget and they refunded me , however they did not correct my premium they still went on to deduct the incorrect amount , to make matters worse my premium was due for a review , instead of them increasing my R615 premium they went on and app**** increase on the incorrect premiun , its almost a year of me trying to rectify this sistuation and get my refund instead all I am getting is empty promises , I am tired of having to call all the time following up on this, the reason I am with budget is because of their excellent service i recived when I claimed on my policy 3 years ago but now I am at a point where I hate their service , I have spoken to more than six people and no one has been able to help me , the last Lady I spoke to her ame is Cindy , she literally **** to my face and said she will resolve this soon and call me frequently to give me updates , till this day I am waiting for her call

I want budget to refund me all the money that has been deducted incorrectly and fix my monthlu premium , is that too much to ask for really!!!!!!
