Incorrect decline

I had severe storm damage, only to receive letter stating that I dont have cover. I informed the assessor that I have a mentally disabled daughter with chest infections. Its been weeks and I cant allow my daughter to be in the house because of the mold and wet furniture. Im so sad and heart broken
