INCONSISTENT POOR DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Inconsistent service nightmare, worst insurnace company ever, no communication with the client and then to be told your policy is canceled with lack of information and no assistance what's so ever, they have a that does not know what they are doing, they do not respond to you on time or call back when requested to and change their delivery when they contact you which if 5 days later to discuss an urgent query that you have.. Disappointed and disgusted by this service. Setting up policies on someone else's name with no authorisation given, claims out in from third party with no authorisation, it's a joke of a company... Hello Peter please help with this service received from budget insurance.
